We accept most commercial insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.  We also accept cash, credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.  We also offer a sliding scale fee discount for those needing financial assistance.  Please see more detailed information under financial information below.

During your first session your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

The first session will last for 60min.  Follow up counseling sessions typically last for 45-50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
